The EMPLAWESASY application (hereinafter: the "App" or the "Service") is operated by:

Use of the App and its related services, including registration, data entry, uploading documents, sending them to third parties, viewing information, or performing any other actions, constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy contained herein. If you do not agree to the terms, you are not permitted to use the App.

The App is a comprehensive digital platform for human resources management, including but not limited to:

• Recruitment, candidate screening, conducting interviews, providing ratings, and managing the hiring process.
• Onboarding new employees, including entering personal details, employment terms, onboarding forms (e.g., Form 101), and commitment documents.
• Managing existing employees, including working hours, attendance, shift scheduling, payroll data, and payslip storage.
• Managing company documents, including supplier details, agreements, contracts, and other business documents.
• Uploading, editing, sending, and digitally signing documents with third parties.
• Storing official documents, forms, contracts, and system activity records.
• Secure internal and external communication with employees, candidates, managers, suppliers, and external parties.

• Use of the services requires creating an account and providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• The user undertakes to keep login credentials (username and password) confidential and not to share them with third parties.
• The user is responsible for any action taken in their account, whether by them or by others, authorized or unauthorized.
• Registration requires acceptance of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

• Use of the App is subject to monthly or annual subscription fees, depending on the selected plan
• Payments are processed via credit card or other digital payment methods through a secure payment gateway (ZCredit)

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorized access or attempts to access the App's systems
• Using data in the system unlawfully or without authorization
• Providing false or harmful information
• Copying, distributing, or granting unauthorized access to third parties
• Using the service for commercial purposes unrelated to the App's intended use

During use of the App, the Company collects, stores, and processes the following types of data:

Data is used for the following purposes:

• Providing the service and operating the system
• Human resources management, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and attendance
• Managing business and legal documents
• Improving user experience, monitoring, security, and fraud prevention
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

The Company may share data only with external providers necessary for operating the service, including:

• ZCredit - payment processing
• ICount - accounting and financial document generation
• CRM systems and customer management platforms
• Digital signature services
• Authorized APIs (e.g., WhatsApp API)

Important: Each external provider is contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality, ensure information security, and prevent any use beyond the intended purpose.

The Company employs reasonable administrative, technological, and physical safeguards, including:

• Encryption of sensitive data (SSL, database encryption)
• Access controls and permission management
• Logging of system access and periodic security audits
• Regular data backups

The App uses cookies, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and similar tools for:

• Proper operation of the system
• Analyzing user activity and improving the service
• Personalizing content and targeted marketing

Users may block or delete cookies through their browser settings, but this may affect functionality.

By using the App, the user consents to receive system notifications, reminders, updates, confirmations, and marketing content via email, SMS, or other communication channels. Users may request to opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Data will be retained for as long as the user remains active in the system or as required by law, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.

The Company may suspend or terminate a user's access to the service immediately in case of a breach of these terms or unlawful use, and may retain backup copies of data as required by law.

The Company may update the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy at any time. The binding version is the one displayed in the App at the time of use.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv District.
